Success Sculptors is a powerhouse of entrepreneurial expertise, founded by three business owners (Emma, Elaine and Claire) who have built and run successful enterprises across different industries. We bring our collective knowledge, experience, and strategic insight to help other businesses and entrepreneurs navigate their growth journey.

I enjoyed a fabulous career mainly in the retail sector before becoming an Entrepreneur and business owner, spanning a variety of roles from HR business partner, General Manager for a department store on Oxford Street, Group Director at Oxford Retail Summer School for 4 years, Project Management roles, Area Managers for CRUK ,PDSA and Selfridges ,a mentor and a coach, and some bits in between, phew!
I have owned, run, and even sold my own businesses for the last 10 years and wouldn’t do anything else now as I love it. I wanted to officially help business owners having unofficially done it for years in other roles, with the ups and downs of business ownership which is why I launched my Coaching business 3 years ago.
Having been coached myself I knew and understood the benefits it brings to the party, and in fact I still have a coach today to hold me accountable and challenge me. My personal experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and insightful coach, using my wealth of experience I work with Entrepreneurs to achieve their goals at every stage of the business journey.

I'm a passionate, experienced and committed marketer with skills developed over more than 20 years working with International brands such as TUI, OCR, Pearson and award winning Harrow School Online. I have extensive experience in marketing strategy and communications, all aspects of marketing including digital and brand across both B2B and B2C. I'm constantly seeking new ways of working with digital marketing, social media and PR as well as traditional marketing methods bringing this to projects
I'm dedicated to delivering excellence and has developed a wide range of tools and techniques both online and offline to reach new markets as well as expand existing ones.
I can help you discover the interplay between brand values, marketing planning and messaging to create a seamless connection to your target audience and how this contributes to the long-term success and sustainability of your brand.
